ICS Advisory is a Brazilian company specialized in Financial and Accounting Advice for the Board of Directors and Board of Directors, acting as Part-Time CFO, Fundraising, Corporate Finance, Advisory Services with Diagnosis and Recommendations in the Financial, Accounting and Supervisor.

Because we
Specialized in accounting and finance, the executive has extensive experience in fundraising and debt restructuring projects, external and internal audits, accounting, financial, tax and strategic advice, IPO, improvement of internal processes and controls, treasury and cash management , financial planning, monitoring the implementation of ERP systems, always managing operational and shared structures throughout Latin America.
The executive has almost 20 years of professional experience and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Católica de Santos, a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Paulista and an MBA in Finance from INSPER.
He worked for more than 7 years as manager of Big-four, EY and Deloitte audits, where he was dedicated to accounting auditing and financial advisory services, serving national and multinational companies in various segments, in addition to working in strategic areas of corporate transactions and accounting and financial due-diligence, serving both strategic and private equity clients.
Over the last 10 years, he has worked as a Senior Finance and Controllership Executive, in strategic positions, such as: CFO, Head of Finance, Senior Controller and Interim CFO, actively participating in meetings with Boards of Directors and Member of the Audit Committee American, Italian, German, French, Japanese and Chinese national companies, startups and multinationals.
Segments of activity and experience: technology, industry, energy, private equity funds, logistics, health, sanitation, among others.
